Kathryn Sappington
I am a student intern at Creative Family Counseling’s Lyndon campus. I am also currently working on my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy at Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary. I am supervised by Dr. Lesley Earles, LMFT as well as the leadership team at Creative Family Counseling. I currently hold a BS in Child Development with a focus in Special Education from Delta State University.
I am originally from Mississippi, but have spent the last few years of my life in Michigan. I came to Louisville to pursue my Master’s degree and have fallen in love with the city since arriving. I am so excited to be in this new city and building relationships with the families, couples, and young people who know it well.
In moments when life can feel like it is too much to hold all of your thoughts and feelings, it can be tough to find someone you trust to hold space for you. I am honored to create a warm, inviting, and welcoming space for you to show up as your full self. I especially look forward to working with families, young children, and LGBTQIA+ identifying folx.
