I work at the Lyndon Campus with children 2+, teens, parents, adult individuals, and couples.
I am a Licensed Professional Counseling Associate and Lindsey Wilson College graduate. My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, non-judgmental, and collaborative. I work under the clinical supervision of Kathryn Fitzgerald Cowart, LPCC-S.
Life has many challenges and being a child, teenager, or parent is no exception. I enjoy using evidence-based play and expressive activities for children and adolescents. I integrate Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness for teens and adults. I strive to support parents with the best tools for their family through Positive Discipline Parenting.
When working with couples, I utilize Emotionally-Focused Therapy to build a healthy, secure attachment within the relationship. I completed the “Created for Connection” Externship-Certification for EFT in 2022.
Raised in England, I graduated from the University of Manchester before moving to South Korea. I have enjoyed the privilege of working with refugees, multicultural families, families with high mobility lifestyles, non-profits, and faith-based organizations. After relocating to Louisville, I gained clinical experience in schools and community-based mental health settings working with a range of diagnoses including depression, anxiety, ADHD, and trauma-related disorders.
It is my hope that you will feel safe, supported, and heard in therapy. It is an honor to join you in your journey towards hope and healing.
