She currently serves on the Clinical Staff at LPTS, supervising student therapists in the training program.

She is especially passionate about supervising associates who work with children and families and who have an interest in learning expressive therapies such as play therapy to be implemented with family therapy.
Lacey’s supervisory approach is both collaborative and educational, leaning toward the Person-of-Therapist Supervision Model. Because Lacey regularly uses Narrative and creative approaches with clients, her supervisory approach incorporates Narrative Therapy and many expressive therapies. Lacey is the Founding Director of Creative Family Counseling.
