Leo the Golden Retriever is eager to meet you and offer you comfort, companionship and support during your therapy sessions. Leo’s favorite way to connect with people is through touch. He likes to greet you with a paw-shake, rest his head on your feet and receive belly rubs. Outside of work, Leo’s favorite activities are playing fetch, hiking with his humans and trying to befriend his grumpy feline sister.

Leo partners with his Dog Mom and handler, Ardath Curtis, LMFT, in her therapy work with her clients. Leo and Ardath passed the American Kennel Club’s Canine Good Citizen test, completed the Obedience and Therapy Dog Training programs at Duffy’s Dog Training center and are a Certified Therapy Dog Team through the Alliance of Therapy Dogs.
