Bennett Alldredge, MAMFT

Everyone deserves a safe space to sort through their pain and find a way forward.

I specialize in working with teenagers, young adults, children (ages 5 and older) and with their parents.  With a deep understanding of the challenges faced by individuals in this age group, I believe I can provide a safe and supportive environment for you or your child to explore your concerns and develop healthy strategies for love and healing.

I have developed a particular interest in the areas of:

By tailoring therapy approaches to meet the unique needs of each client, I can help you or your child navigate through life’s transitions and find the skills you already possess within yourself to change and grow.

I obtained a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary, where I gained deeper understanding and insight into systemic approaches to therapy. Additionally, I have completed a Master of Divinity degree from Princeton Theological Seminary. I believe that my seminary education gives me greater ability to speak to any spiritual issues that may come up in therapy, if it is your wish to explore those areas. I understand the harm that religious institutions have the potential to perpetuate, and I am passionate about helping you navigate complex relationships with spirituality with grace, compassion and empathy.

Drawing from systemic practices, such as narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, and play therapy, it is my goal to help guide you or your child toward positive change.

By creating a non-judgmental and empathetic space, it is my hope to foster trust in the family, whatever your family may look like.

Recognizing the unique challenges faced by teenagers and young adults, I am committed to providing culturally sensitive and inclusive therapy. I have experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and I am skilled in addressing issues related to sexual orientation, gender identity, and exploration of spiritual beliefs related to these concerns.

At the Lyndon Campus, I provide the following services:

Whether you’re a teenager, young adult, or parent seeking guidance for your child, I am here to offer support and facilitate positive change. With my expertise and genuine empathy, I strive to create a therapeutic experience that promotes healing, personal transformation, and a sense of well-being.
